While creating this piece it was quite frustrating because I'm a neat freak and the lines weren't as straight as I would have liked them to be. The other piece with the hands was suppose to be on the checker board type wall as smears blood with the Egyptian signs on it. I originally liked the way it would look but I never finished it as a final I got artists block, because I wasn't sure if i wanted to do that any longer. The black and white wall represents the the society in the past how music was once classic and original, and the bloody smears hands on the walls would represent the blood that was shed for the art for that was once great. Nobody really knows what happened to music when it died. IT is unknown who was responsible for the death of music. There is no longer balance in the music industry.
Colour
I named this piece color because of all of the colors that are incorporated in the piece. My original thought while doing this piece was that it was a representation of music before my generation. It was original and, some songs were sampled but for the most part the music "art" was an original piece by the artist. The sampled songs are represented by the light pinks, light blues, and some of the light greens. The original songs are represented by the primary colors red, yellow, and blue. These colors are what make up the other colors in the piece, and just like today artist take after other artists.

This piece is also a spray painted piece. The original color of this paper is white which is great because the black spray paint was able to really show. I used the black more of a background and I used the red as both a background a foreground. I actually used two different color reds. The one in the background was a lighter red and the darker red was in the foreground. I used the black in the foreground as well because I didn't want to much red . I wanted the tone of the piece to be dark and bloody like, which is also why I named this piece war
XXXTra Primary Colors
I used the primary colors for this piece because i wanted to show a level of separation among nations. Although in the piece I did include some type of mixture among the three colors to show that even though that we are separated we still need each other and that we still trade with one another. this piece shows that we don't really stand alone. there are things that separate us but it's more efficient if all nations stand together as one.
